Web-based Inventory Control and Program Management
For organizations who exhibit with a variety of architectural and graphic solutions, or who use large amounts of collateral literature and promotional pieces, Exhibitor Source can employ exhibit management software programs to manage your inventory in real time. This innovative web-based database driven software portal allows you to manage all your exhibit requirements in a user-friendly browser environment from any computer with internet access. Pre-show Exhibit Staging
As part of our standard package, we help eliminate surprises on the event floor by setting up your exhibit components in advance at our facility (other packages are available). We test all lights and carefully repack your exhibit. If you have multiple configurations or graphics, staging allows us to provide you with a visual confirmation of your specified outbound shipment. It may also serve as an opportunity to visit with your event staff for a pre–show meeting.

Shipping & Logistics Management Our own tractor-trailers often carry the exhibit freight to insure better treatment of your valuable exhibits and to allow us more control over arrival times. Skyline Exhibitor Source also enjoys nationally pre-negotiated freight rates extended to our worldwide network.  We are always able to arrange the most economical rates, routes and methods available for your entire show schedule.

Installation & Dismantle Coordination
Our installation and dismantle lead technicians have been with Exhibitor Source for many years and are experienced in all disciplines of trade show management, whether it's a national, international or local show. We can coordinate your installation and dismantle labor for all domestic or international show venues through our local office using our network in 144 cities worldwide.

Post-show Inspections
Upon return from your show, we inspect your crating and contents, and advise you of any normal or unusual wear and tear. When appropriate, we can initiate damage claims on your behalf, and provide estimates for any recommended repairs.     

Repair & Refurbishment
Our careful handling minimizes damages to your exhibit. For normal wear and tear, or for damages due to unfortunate incidents on the show floor or while in transit, Exhibitor Source has direct access to replacement parts inventory specific for your exhibit.

Exhibitor Service Manual Administration
Aargh!  Who likes to fill out show books?  Funny enough, we found someone who enjoys doing this all day long! But seriously, let us alleviate this worry as well, by completing your exhibitor service manual prior to each show. We will work with you in selecting optional elements (furniture, carpet, cleaning services, plants) from your show book, and complete all order forms on your behalf. After receiving your signatures on the completed forms, we will fax (and follow up) with your show decorator and any union or labor officials.

Our installation and dismantle lead technicians each have been with Exhibitor Source for many years and are experienced in trade show management.  As a proud part of the Skyline worldwide dealer network, Exhibitor Source will provide expert handling and careful repacking while serving all who exhibit in outlying and regional venues.

For TN based exhibitors traveling to other domestic and international venues, Exhibitor Source will gladly coordinate your trade show exhibit installation and dismantle labor through our worldwide dealer network.  Whether you have a large island or a 10’ pop–up, trained technicians in every major show market are experts at working with show labor, show management and your marketing team. Skyline service technicians carry union cards in most union restrictive halls.

With Skyline’s regional service and rental depots combined with our worldwide dealer network, we capable of providing trade show service support wherever you exhibit.

Exhibit Booth Rental            

Our exhibit booth rental program provides the opportunity to enhance or expand your current exhibit for particular events or, simply rent a complete exhibit when you have overlapping dates or don’t exhibit enough to merit purchasing. Our exhibit booth rental range from large custom solutions to small displays to best fit your unique trade show objectives.
